EverCraft Homes is our approach to modern modular home building and off-site construction. It is a nod back generations, when our family had a manufactured home dealership in Dodge City, Kansas.

Dustin Vail is the qualifying principal and managing member. He traces his building experience back to his childhood, helping his father on deck and fence builds and progressed, with age, to commercial and residential remodels and new builds.

Dustin is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with Next Stage Realty, serving Chapel Hill/Carrboro and the greater Triangle community.

Geron Vail is an entrepreneur and investor, with decades of experience in building, real estate, entrepreneurship, and investing.

Vail Construction Company, LLC (VCC) is a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor doing business as EverCraft Homes.
